What is the Real Face of Secularism: Palghar Incident
Palghar incident at least showed us the true colors of people
calling themselves as Secular. The way those responded proved that they don't
belong to the secular category rather they are a part of pseudo-secular
category. The incident also showed us real people behind spreading communalism.
If the mob belongs to a majority group they cry for the rights of the minorities/ protection of minorities and what not.
But the question here is- why don't they cry for humanity when the wrong is suffered by majority? Why do they bring in the communal color when the wrong is suffered by minority?
One should either be a true secular person to condemn the acts from both sides or one should not bring in 'religion' and talk only about Humanity.

Editor’s Note: We
completely condemn what happened in Palghar. We must stand against mob
lynching. Giving any incident a communal color is not at all praise worthy.
If you also have something to write about or speak about, do
it now. We encourage our audience to be the ‘voice of change’.

It seems that you haven't seen the tweet from Maharashtra's Home minister, the mob wasn't from the minority community at all but were unfortunately from the same community; so what you have said is misleading. Secondly you were right in pointing out pseudo secularism perhaps best evident in this case that 100 peole have been attested in connection with the incident but if any one from minority community would have been lynched. I don't think similar action would have been taken, there are numerous examples. What happened was wrong and is condemnable but what you have got published is fake and is also an offence. It is misrepresenting misleading and hate mongering.

1. Very well knowledgeable person, kindly pay attention to my writings too the same way you're paying attention to the Maharashtra's Home Minister's 'tweet'. Which part of my article defines that the mob belonged to minority community? Perhaps your ignorance covered your eyes. Did you read my article properly, I had two questions
ReplyDeletea) why don't they (calling themself secular) cry for humanity when the wrong is suffered by majority.
b) why do they bring in communal colour when the wrong is suffered by the minority.
Could you please take out a minute and clear where did I mention the mob belonged to some minority community.
2. Haha, get your legal and constitutional facts rights. The so called arrest is known as judicial custody. Then they will be presented in front of magistrate and then go to court and then the decision shall be given. So instead of teaching me please clear your facts and know your rights.
3. IF you think that had it been somebody from minority community and nothing step would have been taken. You have the right to file a case, for not following the procedure laid down in constitution and CrPC. Why don't you take a step ahead.
4. Instead of calling my article misleading and what not, first gain proper knowledge. Develop proper understanding of what a person wants to convey/say.
I want you to kindly clarify what you intended by this line, "But when the mob belongs to the minority itself, "
ReplyDeleteYou are might be right in about judicial custody, I am not student of law.
On your third, just give me one example from pehlu Khan till now, what action has been taken?
And about filing a case, isn't it that supreme court already asked the government to bring a law over Mob lynching. Kya hua?
Kindly ignore certain omissions and errors.
DeleteClarification :
Deletea) when the mob isn't from majority and from minority.
b) when the sufferor isn't from minority and majority.
3. Sir if no action has been taken, will you become communal or start looking at in a communal way or start giving false sympathies. If you think nothing has been done, please take out your time and file a PIL about why no action is being taken. How can I comment on works of district administration?
